Yes, and season 3 has been greenlit! The movie was good, but the show is way better.
Hello,

This series has been good - I'm finishing up Season 1.

The Boss and I have been doing a re-watch of Community (just finished Season 1). Man, it hit its stride really quickly. And Danny Pudi seems like a really cool guy to have as a friend.

Yeah SD Suv disappeared from Hulu and CH seems to have taken its place.

Yeah I pissing off the wife and kid because I was putting it on all the time. The episodes are short but are basically the same time as a traditional 30 min sitcom.

Season 2 of The Boys has been pretty good, although its connection to the comic is now completely severed.

Thanks for posting that—it's got some solid observations. The counterpoint to it all from someone like powergrump John Byrne is that Venture Bros is everything that's wrong with superhero stuff—it takes it too seriously and doesn't respect the form in its dissection and humour. Byrne thinks comics need to be written with a 14 year old in mind, and anything that considers older, more critical audiences is an insult to the medium. But Byrne is, whatever his talent, a bitter anus, so there you go.

I hadn't heard about that. John Brown was a fucking bloodthirsty lunatic. That he was an abolitionist doesn't change the fact that he was nuts.
