I remember listening to an interview with Fat Mike some years back where the hosts were talking about bowel regularity and how Fat Mike's lifestyle might not be good for hit gut health or whatever and Mike offers up his confusion because he drinks enough that he's shitting everything out all the time so it should be fine. Always hard to tell what's real and what's a bit.

I don’t recall having that problem, mainly, I imagine, because a serious night of drinking ended with me puking my guts out and then devastated in bed the rest of the next day.
