Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I rewatched Freddy vs Jason on Saturday - holds up a lot better than you'd expect. Good, stupid fun.

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

I think that was the first one I saw in theaters. I went by myself and had a blast. My friends suck.Flex wrote: ↑30 Oct 2020, 4:54pmi really enjoy that movie. it delivers precisely on its promise.Silent Majority wrote: ↑30 Oct 2020, 3:00pmI rewatched Freddy vs Jason on Saturday - holds up a lot better than you'd expect. Hmm, looks like Year of Fear did a follow up in 2018, though not quite as good:

Doesn't have a hat either. It's not the same.
