Sharif don't like it.
He thinks it's not kosher. :shifty:
Interestingly, also, he has both Muslim and Jewish grandchildren.
I thought he said "fundamentally he can't take it" but yeah, now I hear it!
See now that's my kind of funny.

Interestingly, according to wikipedia, his last film credit was a movie called "Rock the Casbah."
Plot :

After the sacking the tune-smith of the band, the two other members lost the plot.

From Wikipedia:
Black was a staunch supporter of the Conservative Party during the 1980s and publicly voiced her admiration of Margaret Thatcher, stating in 1993 that Thatcher "put the Great into Great Britain".[32] In April 1992 she appeared on stage at a Conservative Party rally and made prominent calls for the party's re-election under the leadership of John Major.[33]

Pointlessly harsh. And sexist. She always seemed like a nice enough old showbiz lady to me. Like a scouse poor man's Liza Minelli. I don't think her politics did anyone any harm.

Fair enough.

But there are some unforgivable sins, IMHO.

Yeah she was just an entertainer. She never thrust her politics down anyone's throat. We are all entitled to our political choices. She may have voted Tory but she never fucked over the working class like Thatcher did. She meant nothing to me to be honest but I wish her no malice.
