I hesitate to recommend this as its pretty poor in its history, yet in terms of the level of delusion of Trump supporters, it might be of interest (the last few chapters, anyway).

The fun little game I play is to imagine these events transpiring with Obama or Clinton playing Trump's role. And wonder whether Fox News et al would have successfully whipped up an armed revolt by now.
