I was just thinking that. I could see this working in a place like Miami or Rio - but London? There is one high rise in Milwaukee that has a rooftop pool - we were able to check it out during Doors Open Milwaukee one year and despite the fact that it was a hot day in late summer - the breeze off of the lake made it pretty cool up there.

Now now, London gets pretty toasty in the summer. It's a lot like Seattle.
