Re: The Future of the Republican Party
My wife and I often got freaked out by how people sometimes strangers sometimes people we knew who would comment on how "beautiful" our young daughter was. Maybe Im too stodgy or something but I dont typically use the term beautiful etc for young kids. And sometimes it is how it is said that freaked us out. Plus I think it sends the wrong message to kids.

Kids are cute or maybe good-lookin'. Beyond that, even if one can see that a child has the likelihood of being very attractive, you don't fucking say it.revbob wrote: ↑24 Nov 2022, 10:48amMy wife and I often got freaked out by how people sometimes strangers sometimes people we knew who would comment on how "beautiful" our young daughter was. Yeah, that stuff is creepy as shit.
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead
Pex Lives!

During that TV appearance, Walker used the word “erection” when he meant to say “election.”

Similarly, he meant that he’s fine with having women he impregnated having an abortion when he said he was anti-abortion.revbob wrote: ↑25 Nov 2022, 11:22amhttps://www.nydailynews.com/snyde/ny-he ... 1669344519

I feel that there is a fascistic element, for example, in the Rolling Stones . . .

Re: The Future of the Republican Party
https://www.politico.com/news/2022/12/0 ... 2-00072147In a brief interview with POLITICO on Saturday, Walker seemed to mistake which chamber of Congress he was running for and also appeared to think the outcome of his race would determine control of the Senate.
“They’re not [less motivated] because they know right now that the House will be even so they don’t want to understand what is happening right now,” he said of voters. “You get the House, you get the committees. You get all the committees even, they just stall things within there. So if we keep a check on Joe Biden, we just going to keep a check on him.”
