Boebert isn't that chaotic. She's just a maga virtue-signaller, which is all these people want. She hated the right people and gives them permission to do the same.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen them together ever, hmmm.

I think Grandpa Munster would have made a better Senator that that turd bucket Cancun Cruz.

I loved Grandpa Al, he was a pisser.
I can't really say anything about "the republican party" that wouldn't be total condemnation for everything they say, do and stand for.

From what I see there's still a little hope

Anyone watch the Jan 6 hearing? What did you think?

Re: The Future of the Republican Party
I watched some of the primetime coverage, for people who have followed the going-ons in some detail there's not a lot of truly NEW-NEW info (although certainly some tidbits) but it definitely paints a compelling picture of Jan 6th and that, yeah it's as bad as they say it was.
We seem to live in a completely truth- and consequence- free environment now, so no idea what difference any of this will make, but anyone supporting these chucklefucks after these hearings should really be ostracized as the white power terrorist supporters they are.

That video montage was powerful. I didn't realize it was *that* bad. I agree with you. Although I'm eager to watch this, I wonder what the purpose is. If Garland doesn't do anything after this, then it really is just to show the country, and the world?, what happened. Hopefully it'll change the minds of some of the fence sitters that DJT is a psychopath.Flex wrote: ↑10 Jun 2022, 10:08amI watched some of the primetime coverage, for people who have followed the going-ons in some detail there's not a lot of truly NEW-NEW info (although certainly some tidbits) but it definitely paints a compelling picture of Jan 6th and that, yeah it's as bad as they say it was.

Re: The Future of the Republican Party
We watched some of it and were left wondering just how can all the deniers continue to spout BS about what took place. Shameful.

That bit where the mob is chanting 'Nancy, Nancy" is so unsettling and sinister.

I highly doubt they watched any of it. They already know what to think about it.Flex wrote: ↑10 Jun 2022, 10:08amI watched some of the primetime coverage, for people who have followed the going-ons in some detail there's not a lot of truly NEW-NEW info (although certainly some tidbits) but it definitely paints a compelling picture of Jan 6th and that, yeah it's as bad as they say it was.
