Mr. Tom Bola the current minister for plum pickers feels he's a certainty.

Oh yeah, i thought at first it might be "on", these fellas do anything for a vote or even just for kicks, but "up" definitely makes a lot of sense. Dude didn't get to his first billion shelling out for cab fares, that's for sure.

As unlikely as it is, the only residual appeal i can see in a Johnson return is the prospect of him losing his seat as pm and party leader at the next election. Has a relatively slim majority as things stand.
