Is this all real? So many questions, but first off, people call the evening meal "Tea?" What the fuck is that? Is that Heston-land? If so, that explains a lot about his dining habits.

Yeah where I grew up, I'd get my head kicked in for saying supper.
Tea. Dinner if you must but never supper.

That's how it was when I grew up. By the late 80s, I'm thinking, we started using lunch. Dinner and supper are used interchangeably (at least in my circle).

The last Friday before Christmas is interesting though. I've lived in a 'blackeye Friday' area for the last 7 years and have never known it to be anything but 'Friday'.
