You can’t scale these things but what happened in Minneapolis is off the wall. He wasn’t resisting, he couldn’t resist, he said many times he couldn’t breath, he went on unconscious, members of the public pleaded for help for him pointing out he was dying but nothing.
A shooting can be a millisecond of madness caused by panic, fear, Adrenalin, hate, anger, jealousy but that was none of those things.
The cop was not in any danger but still did nothing.
The same cop cleared in a fatal shooting in 2006????

And the other 2 cops there equally culpable.
