When you see it …

I don't see it.
Look at the negative space in the elephants' legs.
Now I see it and I wish I hadn't. That couldn't have been an accident, jeezo.

I kept seeing it as elephant poop. Got it eventually.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I thought I was looking at a hernia on the guy's stomach. I wish I was looking at a hernia. This is terrifying.

Also, you don't think of many klansmen being named "Zach," but I guess times they are a changin.

He's just doing his elephant impression

I've never actually seen The Thin Blue Line, but that laugh track was horribly off-putting.
It's from the 90s.

Huh. I'd have guessed it was made around the same time as Blackadder.

Same writer (Elton) and main star, obviously, but it's from 95–96 when laugh tracks were still very much the norm.

Without a laugh track, The Big Bang Theory would seem like a funeral, unlike the gumbo of hilarity it actually was.

I watched it this year, first time since broadcast. Really quite poor.

As I recall you hated Upstart Crow too. Elton really focuses on very broad comedy which can be pleasant enough for Sunday viewing if you don't expect a comedy masterclass and just like hanging out with those actors (especially Mina Anwar, woo woo).

Hello,

Was the mistake in using something with Klan imagery or using it where outsiders could see it?

The pine or spruce tree emoji 🌲 expresses a combination of "Nordic" roots and alt-right sympathies, especially as connects to ecofascism.[18][19][20] Note that this may also be used by people in the Pacific Northwest, or who are interested in conifers, so context is important.

So which is it, Kory? :shifty:
