But if you've written books about wizards and such? That should be an exception.
If wizard lady with the fash friends is claiming to be of the left, then I am joining her in self identifying as a chair.
Well, I'd sit on you and spill popcorn any day.
I do like to maintain a clean space tbh, if you want to be messy, why not try that JKR chair over there on the far right?
I can stand for a bit. :meh:
No worried, at least you now know where the toilet is!

AZ went blue last time but that’s nothing to ever be counted on.

Intrigued by this analogy, could you expand on it?

I'm no historian, and I'm sure someone else here will have deeper info, but my understanding is that one of the reasons that Germans were so receptive to Hitler's histrionics was because they were so downtrodden after WWI—it was easy to place blame for their situation because there wasn't any effort from anyone else to help them rebuild, and people were suffering. I've read some comparisons with this to how the south was treated after the Civil War, and I think some people think that has had long-term ramifications that put us where we are now.

Thanks and yes, I see it now. The Versailles Peace Treaty was a willful act of gross vengeance and stupidity and, if I recall my history, John Maynard Keynes was one of those who correctly predicted the chaos that ensued. I think the Allies genuinely tried to avoid making the same mistakes post WW2, but still some issues persisted and maybe it's no accident that the fascists have been making such inroads in the eastern regions of Germany.

Well, if you're likely about to die, it's time for one for the road.
