Could go in a few threads, but for anyone following the far right's collective meltdown at how Swift and Kelce or dating and how Swizzle is ruining football by existing at games - and it's all a deep state conspiracy to get Biden reelected and stick you with vaccines, of course - here's a great John Ganz piece about the soft, fascistic underbelly of all this deranged nonsense: https://www.unpopularfront.news/p/the-race-to-the-swift
One of those things that is pure comedy on the surface, but indicative of how addicting grievance politics is. Anything that can feed the self-satisfying belief that white men have been unjustly displaced. It's a broader expression of the incel mindset. I read something somewhere else that pointed out that Taylor Swift is, in the end, a remarkably successful entrepreneur, which the right ostensibly celebrates. But she's the wrong kind of person to succeed—her politics, her lack of a wang—proving that everything is wrong.
I don't know why I still get baffled by the fact that these victim types would normally be the ones to deplore any sort of public showing of weakness like admitting you're a victim. Are these men or mice?

Moreover, they reject the idea of systemic racism or patriarchy—suck it up and take responsibility for your own life, snowflake!—yet their own perceived marginalization is due to sinister socio-cultural forces (wokeism, the deep state, etc).

Ahh, the classic trait of a conspiracy skeptic: acknowledging that all conspiracy theories turn out to be true all along.

But my understanding is that he's basically a vegetable who no longer knows the alphabet. This is some Schrodinger shit, where Biden is a senile incompetent except when he's a conniving master planner.

Because of course: RFK Jr, after having a long conversation with Sirhan Sirhan around 6 or 7 years ago, believes that he is innocent and someone else killed his dad. No idea whether he thinks Sirhan was compromised by a vaccine.

RFK Must Die. Watched this today. Lots and lots of speculation and theories and seemingly odd stuff, but it's mostly a solution looking for a problem. That is, Sirhan being the sole shooter just isn't problematic, and if you're bringing in hypnotism and MKULTRA, it's working overly hard to craft an alternate narrative.

"I can read"... but can you comprehend?

Also who seeks him out to talk about anything other than football?
