If the US has a Dem controlled Senate, then I'm genuinely, I promise you, sincerely delighted at this horrible result. I am so happy at the rate of decline being very slightly slowed. It's the best possible news for my American friends and the world.

I was more referencing how democrats hate leftists more than republicans, but I agree it would be great to have them disunited.

Wait, that makes no sense. My understanding is that socialists control the Democratic Party and that Joe Biden is the most left-wing candidate ever.
