I've asked the uploader(Isotope) on Dime about the audio being sourced from MiniDV camera, which obviously begs the question, where is the footage. He replied and said "more about that later"

Thanks for this. 1999 was great, as I didn't think I'd see Joe playing or recording again. I went to see the band at the Barras in Glasgow, a long story posted elsewhere, and was standing close to the legend I later came to know as John Heston and his mate who repeatedly shouted, "1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4..." until they played '(White Man) In Hammersmith Palais' bang on the beat.
