ROUND 7 - The Wilderness Years, Non-Album Tracks, Pt. 1
That Tennessee Rain dried all up.
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead
Pex Lives!

Love Kills. It's actually a great single - production aside - but I prefer Dum Dum Club and the other two songs are just even better. But, man, I can only imagine if you were around at this time, thinking Joe was about to explode with a killer solo career.

Man. One of my favourite songs of all time.

Yeah, the Walker songs are all better than what is left.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Oh come on. The Unkown Immortal is the best song left by a damn sight and you chuds are going to eliminate it?

More insanity from the board. I have a massive soft spot for Evil Darling but there should only be one winner here and it's on its way out.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

All of these are good. UI is IMMENSE. I voted Evil Darling to go.
EDIT: Unknown Immortal might be my very favorite non-Mescalero Joe solo track.

It may be my favourite Joe song outside of the Clash. I've sat here for two minutes thinking, and I can't recall a better one.Wolter wrote: ↑03 Jul 2019, 6:54pmAll of these are good. UI is IMMENSE. I voted Evil Darling to go.

It’s definitely top 3-4 for me. Maybe even higher. Honestly, the top 5 or so are so close together it might as well be a tie.Heston wrote: ↑03 Jul 2019, 7:02pmIt may be my favourite Joe song outside of the Clash. Not immortal to me sorry.
Re: ROUND 7 - The Wilderness Years, Non-Album Tracks, Pt. 1
This heat has been a real surprise. We did a Meskies vote in a different format a few years back and Burning Lights, Immortal, and Tennessee Rain were all top 5. And Evil Darling didn't even get a single vote!
