really looking forward to the box set marky.
I've been in a real Meskies mood lately but am trying not to listen to all these rarities so they are fresher when Marky's boxset drops.

Exciting news! Thanks in advance, Marky. I just listened to the Sandinista! set once more through again and love it. I haven't worked backwards to your LC set, but I certainly will.Marky Dread wrote: ↑07 Nov 2022, 6:37pmWolt, I'm working on a Strummer box set which now has 13 disc worth of stuff. The above Strummer/Norris tracks are one of the discs in the set and have been completely remastered and the songs separated. The tracks used above were interspersed with Joe interviews and used as one long track. Keep an eye over the next couple of weeks as you don't want to miss this upload.

A 20 second extract from the Grosse Point Blank soundtrack is not exactly befitting box set status. Just be patient and wait as ever minute I spend here is a minute away from finishing.

The one in that cemetery clip, the instrumental War Cry and I imagine the score that lasts from roughly 7:45-9:15 here is Joe - I think I hear his voice?

Sounds like Joe wailing. Richard Norris will have these bits and pieces I reckon. I hope he releases them.Jimmy Jazz wrote: ↑11 Nov 2022, 6:51pmThe one in that cemetery clip, the instrumental War Cry and I imagine the score that lasts from roughly 7:45-9:15 here is Joe - I think I hear his voice?

Also in "Tunnel of Love" I think that's Joe driving the old 50s car over the Westway at around 1:46 - 1:50. Blink and you'll miss him.
