Last Time London Burned DVD

Hey, long time lurker, first time poster! I am wondering if anyone else got this "10th Anniversary Official Bootleg" dvd? I got it in a bundle with a copy of the book, i'm not sure where from. My copy has, from the image taken some damage and no longer plays. I would love to find another copy or download a iso of it. I have seen versions on youtube and bootleg sites, but they all to seem to come a vhs source, this was a much higher quality version. I think i sent a copy to the BMC site a few years ago, but i never heard anything back, so it must have got lost in the post or something.
