Probably. At least for the Clash.

I can't prove it, but I feel like Nip/Tuck or House has put at least that many Stones songs on in one episode.

Did Scorsese direct that episode?

That's the Life on Mars spinoff, right? Two things -- I hope they show that on BBC America, and I am NOT looking forward to the American LOM.

Ashes To Ashes is more lighthearted than Life On Mars, is much more the Gene Hunt show he's brilliant.

I wish the coppers were like that these days, in fact I wish it were 1973 right now. 3 channels on the telly (which you had to turn over by getting off your arse, or using a long stick like my grandad had), punk about to break, Sunderland winning the cup and you could smoke in swimming pools and hospitals.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Thinking about it it's only one Clash song as the other two are covers.

London Calling was played twice ;) Once as background and the other was on the jukebox when they were in the pub.

So it counts twice?
Haven't watched it for a while but wasn't it Police & Thieves, I Fought The Law, and London Calling?

I think not in the same episode although all 3 have certainly been used. Thought it was funny to see Steve Strange singing as himslef in Blitz !!

Wait that's not the new season of Ashes to Ashes is it?

And yes the American LOM looks about the most cringe-worthy thing I've seen on television.
