Re: New song from Simmo and Galen
Been listening to the new LP which arrived on Friday. I've got to say...it's really good. Got quite a spooky 50s Rockabilly feel to it...very cool indeed. I think it's Paul's best post Clash project...I can see Joe loving this record too

They are putting a lot of effort into promoting it, which I think is great. Good luck to them, I hope it sells well.

Agree. I wasn't much impressed by the first track released. But this is a really decent enjoyable listen.

Mick tells me Leo Williams is playing bass in the live band, as Paul is playing the ukulele.

Mick is working behind the scenes as a roadie/gofer. He's currently writing the notes on Paul's ukulele.Marky Dread wrote: ↑23 May 2023, 4:52amTeddyB Not Logged In wrote: ↑23 May 2023, 12:04amMick tells me Leo Williams is playing bass in the live band, as Paul is playing the ukulele.but what about that bloke Mick?

The greatest legacy he leaves is that he made a generation of people think for themselves. He didnt quite manage to change the world but he changed the way people looked at it. It's a sad day - but what a life
