I'm sure there are a few programs out there, I use WinRar which is free and, if a technical nincompoop like me has no problems with it, then I think it's safe to say it's easy to use as well.

Oh shit, I'm crap with computers. Do I need to download a 'nincompoop' too? Why doesn't Windows clean up better with vinegar and brown paper?

Extracting the .rar files was a piece of piss compared to the monumental and exhausting task of converting them to MP3 then transferring to ipod. It's at times like these that I regret never having kids

If you had searched back through this thread you would've seen that I uploaded the files in 320 MP3's also via Sendspace. Might've saved you sometime as to the ipod bah I wouldn't use one if I was paid to fucking Apple!
