But it's almost like hearing it all for the first time, I'm really digging the Instrumentals, it's a whole new experience.

Only had time to have a brief dip into all this but Gates of the West sounds fucking amazing. Great separation on the guitar parts.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

This is it. The instrumentals bring out the showmanship of the tunes, Topper with all that percussion. Not a note out of place on the album, genius.

It's true they were a killer band at this stage realising their true power. Harnessing all their energy and then releasing it just at the right moment, untouchable.
