Listening to the 13th evening. It's great. Sounds like they gave it all on that last show. 30 songs!

The Clash and Marky Dread have left the building...

The Clash : 17 performances over 17 days including the TV appearance.

Marky Dread : 20 uploads over 17 days...bring it on!
Cheers Marky! Thanks for all your hard work. This is quite the endeavor.

Any thoughts on the performances? I know the 13th evening show is one of the standouts and I remember the 10th being a really good one when I did a deep dive a long time ago, but I don't remember much else other than the 8th is underwhelming (save for that amazing Mag 7) and the 9th it's perfectly solid (except Washington Bullets, ugh).
All the shows have something but for the full performance I think that the 13th evening takes some beating. For me the tracks that really shine are Mag 7 and The Call Up. But there are great bits all over. Maybe with the help of others once people have had a chance to absorb them I could do a best of Bond.

Well if ever there was a need for a cure for lockdown blues then there is little doubt Marky Dread has provided it in spades with his outstanding output of remasters. And let me take this opportunity to add my own huge vote of thanks for all your work on this series and everything else Marky.........you must know how much it is appreciated by myself and so many others.
As for this FM remaster this is certainly one of the finest in my view taking what also sounded like a fairly uninspired recording and putting some real life and energy into it such that I now want to play it over and over......brilliant work my friend.
Also got me wondering if you have ever done your magic on the recording from Sheffield Lyceum from October 1981, a gig I went to. I remember unearthing this recording from a guy who found it in a box in his loft where it had been resting for many years. I just could not believe it when I found out he had it.....maybe that guy is on this forum......just isn’t remember now but had a thought he lived in somewhere like Blackpool. Anyway it’s a decent recording but really needs a lot more oomph to bring it all to the fore........so please add it to your list if it’s not already on there.
Thanks once again for all you do for us Marky.

Just finished listening to the first Bond night. Had to circle back and listen to Washington Bullets again. Fantastic! Thanks again Marky.

Thank you, Marky Dread!
Now I am afraid my playlist for the next two week will be a little one-sided. But the wife and kids are on holiday so nobody will complain.
(Thank you not only for the music and the remastering but also for the nice song-title tagging, by the way!)
