Euroshima cover (TRAC song)

Post by Heston »

Latest lockdown project from me and bazarboy, a reimagining of the TRAC song Euroshima. As we know the quality is kinda rough on those demos, so thanks to Marky and Laxman for their help transcribing the lyrics.

There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Thanks chaps, much appreciated

Dave, I think BB is preparing a download EP with a special guest mix, instrumental, dub version etc. I'll stick the link here when available. Cheers.

I would imagine so.

Played the video again. Gets even better on second viewing.

Grant's Wikipedia page adds, "Shapps's brother, Andre Shapps, is a musician who was a member of Big Audio Dynamite (BAD) between 1994 and 1998, playing keyboards. Their cousin Mick Jones was a key figure in British punk rock of the late 1970s, and a founding member of both the Clash and Big Audio Dynamite."

I believe that Andre Shapps was/is also a member of the Rotten Hill Gang with whom Mick and various others have performed with.
