Another remaster
Wait what's this...The Dave Clark 5...The Kinks...Slade...nope it's just The Clash.
Why do I think it incumbent of me to do these remasters? Generosity? Kindness? Stupidity? Who knows?
Anyways this upload is dedicated 110% to Gerald Manns for all his hard work and dedication to re-doing Cut The Crap. THANK YOU.

Re: Another remaster
MARKY DREAD! OMG! Thank you sooooo much! I've searched for this show for ages. I'm a Tennessean and have fantasized about this show for years. I didn't think it existed! (I was in kindergarten when they played and still had a decade to go before I even heard of The Clash). I cannot wait to hear this. Thank you!

Re: Another remaster
Thanks a lot, Marky! Nashville is such a fun city, me and my Dad have visited there many times since he's a huge country music fan. There's always live music playing at the bars and restaurant downtown no matter the time. It's cool that Nashville was the first place they played on the 1984 US tour, definitely seems like the kind of place Joe would have liked. I've read that Joe really appreciated the old American folk and country singers like Woodie Guthrie and Hank Williams.

Re: Another remaster
I don't think your generosity has ever been in doubt Marky. You have achieved some serious results on many CTC era restorations.
There have been some very happy Clash fans on the board this week. Thank you to everyone sharing music paper cuttings, audio remasters and re-inventions.

I would love to visit Nashville. Certainly sounds a brilliant lively city. Make sure you post this one to YT please.GotGameGreggy wrote: ↑21 Feb 2021, 2:43amThanks a lot, Marky! Thanks Marky, hugely appreciated as always. Was expecting more drum machine and terrace chants, but still worth a listen
I checked with Marky beforehand and he was happy for me to post the full NME article on this thread.
