In the graffiti footage I think I see Peter Dougherty, the filmmaker who introduced Don to the graffiti bunch, and artist Kiely Jenkins (aka Dr. Obdewl) but I didn’t know them that far back so I can’t swear. Our mate Gerb who was there isn’t in the footage.

I searched Kinolibrary when I saw the first post, here's how they describe themselves on their website:
We are Kinolibrary, an independent agency representing remarkable and rare archive footage from around the world.
It appears to me they have some unseen Don Letts footage, probably for sale, but I couldn't figure out how to get a price on it.
Perhaps others on this board can fill in more of the blanks than I can.
