EET Week is like Alumni Week! If Gene has put in an appearance—hello, generalisimo!—maybe Ratty will emerge from his bunker.
Sometimes you gotta research the phenomenon of neo-provincialism in self-isolating online communities.
 Clashy operated on a flawed premise; we are clearly paleo-provincialists.

Is Vince's website down? I can't seem to find it. I'm curious if he has any further thoughts on the modern state of womanhood in the UK.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

We could do a weekend zoom call, if people fancied it, as a listening party.

I think I can make saturday work and it be earlier in the day. Actually Sunday mid morning should work too.

Any time on Saturday or Sunday can work for me. Friday evening is the only one that would depend on timing.

Okay, unless we hear that it doesn't work for the rest of the crew, we'll pencil this is in for 19.00 CT US, which is 00.00 UK time, and something else in Canada, I assume.

Anyone else able to make it to the party?

Unfortunately I'm at a birthday party on Saturday night but have fun. And someone record it.

Sorry, man, that's Christmas Day here. I'll be at High Mass.

Can't make it, but I have found memories of making Kim listen to CTC last time I participated.

Also, if you need someone to host the thing, my subscription is still good.
