So what’s next?

The ‘new’ Westway got postponed/cancelled/put on hold due to Covid, no On Broadway, nothing for the Sandinista! anniversary (except that cool Mag 7 video), possible expanded Combat Rock/Rat Patrol for 2022… is that about right?
Feels like we haven’t had Clash product in ages.

I will forever hold out hope for a proper release of Rat Patrol, but I don't think it's going to happen. What else is there left in the vaults??

One possibility is an expanded Combat Rock. Not saying a box set, or Rat Patrol, but a collection pulling in singles and some unreleased material from the Frestonia sessions. The search continues for proper audio from the other Bonds shows Don filmed.

I've kind of given up on waiting for stuff.
They have it, they have have had it for 40+ years. I'm 60 next year.

I don't feel deprived of Clash product at all thanks to Marky's excellent work. His stuff rivals any official releases we'd get, for sure.
That said, I'll always be excited for something more, especially if there's a chance to drop a few bucks and have it go to MegaClashCorp (Not a joke, always happy to give Nick & co a few of my dollars for their musix)
Color me intrigued by a CR release with new unreleased tracks

It's not true many are getting younger, it's just a state of mind.
