Yes, I'm guessing that since this was supposedly pro shot, there were other camera people, and it was this camera person's job to focus mostly on Joe. I think this footage was intended to be mixed with the video shot by the other camera people, but only this footage has survived/been found. Again, just a guess.

OK, that makes more sense. It's the same footage in same quality that's always existed. Except this version is missing the last 2 songs. SISOSIG & IFTL
