Junco Partner is the only live song I ever enjoy mark 2 playing more than the real Clash lineup

Curious, which Junco Partner are you comparing from the first Clash lineup? I always thought the JP from January 27th, 1982 at Nakano Sun Plaza was out of this world. Mick could always make those songs so interesting and different every time it was played.

Basically every 1981/82 Junco Partner lol. I love the album version but always have disliked live versions with Mick

Well to each their own! The Clash MK2 are still a great band and I know that a lot of other bands would be lucky to have them as a "low point". I do think that although MK2 was different, not necessarily in a good or bad way, they added a different angle to some songs, Junco Partner included.
