If Music Could Talk

I just looked at BMC and it seems we finally have footage! Two videos, one is an alt shot from behind the camera of Mag 7 on the Tom Snyder show. It's the full song finally, no cut at the end. The more exciting bit is from June 2nd, mostly full Mag 7 shot from the crowd. The audio is dubbed with the bootleg recording. I don't see anything regarding where the footage came from but I'm very interested to find out more about it.

Edit: Bonds footage seems to be first half of the song, then bits of footage playing over and over. The audio changes to what sounds like a possible unmixed soundboard, leaving me to believe this comes from the proposed film. Either way, would love to know how this turned up for BMC.

First time I'm seeing the Bond's June 2nd footage and it's AMAZING!! I haven't seen any footage beside that is which shown in the Westway movie and the Mag7 video. Such a tight performance, definitely a good night to film. Thank you for bringing these up, needed to be watched!

Incredible footage. Must have been filmed by Don Letts, perhaps obtained from Kinolibrary.

Just watched this

The guys seems to enjoying themself a lot during that tv show I hadn't had this impression so much before.
And the bond is very cool too too bad is cut but
but it reinforces my idea that they have a lot of footage from the bond with of course a sound coming from the console.

plus I'm working on a new remix which is none other than mag 7 and I was working on the video....

Wow, very cool stuff and has to be Don's footage. Yeah, i'm very curious how BMC ended up with this, but I'm glad they did!

This is what the source tells me..

1st half video only, second half soundboard only with about 15 secs of original video. DAT master used 1st half, video cut/repeated back half. Other videos do not match. Clothes etc..

Sound was matched from the soundboard to the 2nd (rumours of the 3rd being fully filmed). The 13th evening was pro-filmed, but is unreleased.

The causal nature of the video on off evidence that whoever filmed it wasn't serious about the whole gig.

I tried getting in contact with the person who supposedly has the film from the 3rd a year or two ago and never got a response. Maybe it might be worth trying again. His email per what you put on BMC is allmagazinejohnnyspice[a]gmail.com if anyone wants to give it a go. The message on the site said he isn't sure how to digitize it but he was willing to send it to someone.

The server was struggling for some reason.

The footage from the 2nd has been re-edited and is much better.
