I'm still convinced there's some human voices in there amongst Mikey's toys.

Only Mikey at the break and Joe before the plane noise at the end. All the rest are squeaky toys. The question was about what sounded like cat sounds.

No problem mate. I think the added distorted violin is just added to enhance the effect.. I also feel it's to sound as if the building itself is moving. As in the line "when the wind hits this building, this building it tilts".
