Yeah thats one of my best finds. i had a good lookthough the historic films website for clash videos, that is what i came out with. I have a feeling that an uncut video of the us festival is available on there to buy as well however it would cost about 100£ if i remember correctly

What's the back story on the uncut video. We've probably been through this, but my memory etc etc

The story I read somewhere is that there was some sort of power issue with the main screens and that the video we have is from them so it cuts out half of lc and tirc but we know for a fact historic films has full lc so they probably have tirc too, my theory is whoever they bought the footage from was someone who was recording the camera feed at the time...

Tldr,
We have the (cut due to power issues) big screen feed
They have the uncut camera feed

Edit: At one point I was tempted to buy the footage but I just thought to myself if it was really worth the 100£ for a low quality watermarked video of lc, tirc and rtc (witch i forgot to mention is also cut from our footage)...

Any idea where it came from?

None whatsoever. All i know is it appeared on YT one day and i grabbed it. Not sure if it was available in better resolution or not, but back then was a different time for downloading from YT. It's dated 23/6/2010, which i'm gonna say will be the day it appeared.
The sound is poor, but i'm sure you can sync it better.

FYI if anyone here wants to try and buy footage from Historic Films, its 100$ or 80£ per 60 mins of footage. Now im willing to put 30£ towards it so if anyone wants to sort something like that out pm me...

Stefano, any idea who might own the rights to this footage? I'm trying to think if there's a way to track down the original footage as clearly it is laying around somewhere.

I tried to contact the owner of the YouTube channel who first published the video of the Turin concert. I managed to find his cell phone number and wrote him a message. I asked him if he is the owner of the master and if there is a complete version of the entire concert.
He promised me he would reply as soon as possible.

All i did was add metadata and correct titles and gave it its name
