My interpretation of Medicine Cabinet (using all three sources not just roundhouse)

As i walk to the medicine cabinet

What you call murder I call suicide

It all started in late December
We were spending time together
I was standing over you (? Still not sure on this line)
Why did you quit? What else could I do?

Did not give you that much credit
Didn't think you'd go through with it
Standing in the hospital room
Dead on arrival, political boom
