Hope your op goes smoothly Marky. Seeing the Trump creature in enhanced quality is a small price to pay for improved vision.
Small price for me...

Cheers John.👍

What a treat awaits you Marky.
All the best, enjoy having a rest after your op.

Hello Marky,

Good luck with the operation. I had worn contact lenses forever and wondered if the operation improved vision. I had cataract surgery on my right eye about 10 years ago - in at 6:00 am, out by 6:30, 20/20 vision by noon. The surgery included lasik (corrective) surgery.

I went back after a week to check on things. After seeing all was good with my right eye, the nurse asked "How's your other eye?"...I said fine. She asked again "How's your other eye?"..."Oh, it gets kind of cloudy when I drive at night." I had cataract (lasix) surgery on the other eye a week later and I haven't worn contact lenses since - I use readers but my vision is 20/20 functionally. $135 for cataract and lasik surgery.

I know you do but i wouldn't call it a risk going for this op. Tic all boxes on the form when you sign in just to be on the safe side.
