What happened to this? It seems gone already. Any chance of a repost?

Yeah, upload sites have gone crazy with their anti-piracy stuff. I'll suss out something for my S! remix after EET week.

Late to the party but fancied trimming S! down, just for fun though as I echo previous replies stating they wouldn't change a thing about this fone album. Ok so here's my 11,

Magnificent Seven
Junco Partner
Something About England
Somebody Got Murdered
One More Time
Corner Soul
The Equaliser
The Call Up
Washington Bullets
Lose This Skin
Charlie Don't Surf

LTS will be criticised I'm sure as it's far more Tymon than The Clash but it's such a happy tune, I love it and couldn't trim it out.

trimming S! down to an unimpeachable single LP is like the great white wale of clash fandom. We've been at it for literally decades now and it's destroyed us all, in some way.

Yeah I've just realised I left out Up In Heaven but not sure where I could fit it in. LTS wins by a hairline.

The thing is: yes, you can do it. But much like assembling a perfect compilation of a long-running band: you’re going to cut something good out. There is more than an LP’s worth of unimpeachable material, and no one agrees exactly which material that is.

It’s like doing a Rubik cube you get one side sorted but it buggers up the other sides.

I once got five sides on the Rubik's cube but could never conquer all six.

That sounds like Sandinista.

Hahahahaha!!! Brilliant! Sounds like something Mick might have said instead of calling it an album for oil rig workers.

True, that. Or maybe Joe - not knowing what the hell he's talking about but coming out sounding right anyway.
