Interesting indeed. Side A and B seem to have the exact same tracks?

I've seen that done with a lot of cassette 'singles'. Seems like a waste of the available playing time, but that was how some were issued.

Brought back some memories thanks for posting Young Parisians.
Just waiting for the classic 'Hey Joe' interview from Notre Dame Hall July 79 now  The interview where Gary Bushell turned against the band later following it up with his London Calling review above and about the same time he 'invented' Oi.
🤣👌
Here you go.

Thanks for uploading this. Fromy my perspective this is the most quotable Clash interview ever. It made a big impression on me at the time. The quotes the change in image of the band and the description of the new songs which really increased my anticipation of the as yet unamed next album (London Calling). Also the wider context of it being in summer 79 at the height of the mod revival. When I first heard London Calling (45) on Peel I was blown away. It was this point any doubts I had about the band were dispelled and I concluded the Clash were the greatest band in the world.

Young Parisians, thanks for those, interesting reading.

Here's a shot I've never seen before from Melbourne in 1982.

Ha! For some reason, Joe looks very 90s techno in those fatigues.
