Hi!

I've been searching all over for a couple of The Clash multitrack mogg files - Guns of Brixton and Train in Vain - but I haven't had any luck tracking them down and all the links in this thread seem to not be working anymore :(

If anyone could point me in the direction of some working links for the multitracks for those songs I'd be huuuuuugely grateful!

I think I've got them somewhere — I'll have a look.

I just seem to have each song as 5 or 6 separate .ogg tracks. Not single .mogg tracks that can be opened in Audacity. Is this correct. Or meringue.

Bazarboy75, your mixes are the best! I love them and listen to them all the time. I made some of my own but I'm embarrassed to share them because yours are so good. If you can please make some more.

Same — I think that's how they were put out. Other bands (Beatles, for example) Rock Band stems are moggs.

clashcity.com/gob.rar

I'll leave the links up for a few days.

The thing is. i have definitely had them open in Audacity where you can isolate individual instruments/vox. Can you open multiple .ogg tracks together.

Here's all the stems I can find at the moment: The complete London Calling album/I Fought the Law/Rock the Casbah/Should I Stay Or Should I Go?/Complete Control. Pretty sure I've also got Safe European Home somewhere so I will upload those when I locate the file.

Edit: found the SEH stems, so here you go.

There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

I think somebody posted that here before, very interesting. They only played a few seconds of the White Man multi-tracks but they sounded awesome, left you hankering for more.
