I was going to be very angry about the lack of Sightsee... then saw it at the bottom. Disaster averted.

I can get behind all that but I could never quite get into Limbo the Law.

Like I said in my post I made it for myself. I don't much care if it doesn't contain everybody's favourite. Just sharing for those that want to listen. πŸ˜‰

No "Bottom" is at the top. ;)

All the albums are nicely represented... Strong showing from TIBAD though with only two not making the list.

I've made a comp of my fave tracks from the first four BAD albums. So I could listen to while I read Don's book.

It won't be everybody's favourites but I made it for myself. So enjoy if you like. Will be up for one week then once it's gone it's gone!

As always, much appreciated. Thanks Marky!

Hello Marky,

Thanks for this. I'm pretty much in line with these. I like Ticket a lot - it's very light-hearted but it's probably only suited for a few.

I made a BAD playlist for Maggie recently, as she expressed an interest in checking them out further. I was very proud.

Your list is damn close to what mine would be, notably almost exact from the third and fourth albums. The songs from the first are more obviously the right ones. For Upping St. I would choose Hollywood Blvd. over Limbo but I get it. The others are perfect.

Cool, I haven't dug into the third and fourth albums much, so this gives me some guidance.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

You need to buy into the upswell of support for Tighten Up lately. Marky's remaster is right there. :approve:
