Thank you so much!!!! I’ve seen some short clips of this in other videos but could never figure out where they came from. I thought there was some Clash documentary I was missing or something. Thanks for posting!!bazarboy75 wrote: ↑25 Feb 2022, 4:47pmit seems that cool vid wasn't available on YT anymore

Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Definitely 1989. The end of the show states BBC MCMLXXXIX. I watched this live at the time it was aired.Heston wrote: ↑01 Mar 2022, 5:52pmYeah this was just after, you can tell by the deeper voice.matedog wrote: ↑01 Mar 2022, 12:13pmWas this before or after the pneumonia?bazarboy75 wrote: ↑25 Feb 2022, 4:47pmit seems that cool vid wasn't available on YT anymore

Nothing new to me as I had it all on bootleg videos. But it was great to see it aired. This one with Mick and the one with John Lydon. All thanks to Janet Street-Porter.Heston wrote: ↑20 Apr 2022, 9:44amMe too mate. Was the first time I'd seen some of the footage.Marky Dread wrote: ↑20 Apr 2022, 9:19amDefinitely 1989. I think it was the Sightsee MC video I'd never seen anywhere. And first saw it in full when I bought the BAD videos VHS.Marky Dread wrote: ↑20 Apr 2022, 10:21amNothing new to me as I had it all on bootleg videos. But it was great to see it aired. Re: MJ in This was Then This is now
It was shown very late on Night Network. I think all the BAD videos were shown on that programme plus they played live and were interviewed. I used to love watching it.Heston wrote: ↑20 Apr 2022, 10:29amI think it was the Sightsee MC video I'd never seen anywhere.
