Do these BAD II tracks exist?

Post by dave202 »

I read of someone's compilation on facebook and The Globe (Single Remix Edit) 4:07 and Innocent Child (Single Edit) 3:56 were mentioned. While I can find a single edit of The Globe an Planet B.A.D., I can't find these two items, even on the fairly exhaustive BAD Files. Do they exist? If so, can anyone tell me where to find them?

Discogs suggests yes:
https://www.discogs.com/master/34271-Bi ... -The-Globe
https://www.discogs.com/master/219457-B ... cent-Child

Thanks, I could kick myself as that's probably the only place I hadn't looked. It looks like it's going to be quite costly for these two tracks, but I can but try.

"The Globe (Single Remix Edit)" is easily found on SoulSeek, if you're good with lossiness. "Innocent Child" might pop up, tho it wasn't there when I just tried.

Another thought: Who was our BAD collector, who originally shared The BAD Files? I'm totally blanking here. They'd be someone to drop a PM to.

The Globe (Single Edit Remix) is available on The Globe US CD Single.
Or, you could download it in lossless from me right here.

Innocent Child (7" Edit) is available on the BAD files.
From what I see there's still a little hope
That's if we don't hang from too much rope

I snagged a copy of this album for a couple bucks and it's pretty great. All available elsewhere and whatnot but the mastering here is by Vic Anesini and all sounds quite good. Well worth picking up for anyone picky about their sourcing.

I have all of those tracks but that album has watered my taste buds to own, it would be so good to have all them in one place (yeah i was forced to buy an external CD DVD burner for my Laptop to future proof)

I always thought those last two live tracks were taken from the Town and country club but i checked the Looking for a song EP and its not listed where. They are definitely not off the Live DVD at the Town and country club i thought those two was from another night. Now i dont know where i got that info from?? Does anyone know what venue and date those 2 tracks come from?

I could be wrong but I have an inkling they were from the Mick Ronson tribute concert in 1994.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board
