Great pictures! I think it's really neat that Mick decided to put one of his Bond Electraglides up as part of the exhibit.

Yeah it's fucking great man! I really hope everyone here gets a chance to see it. Like I said it seems like there's plans to tour it about! Just taking in all that stuff, preserved and presented, how can you not love Mick? He continues to be the old-timer we hope for.

No one else of his stature in the musical landscape does stuff like this...imagine getting close to gene Simmons collection..not that I'd want to..unless it was his sacks of bank notes....Mick is proper. Punk rock through and through...which is why it works and it's not all stolen...there was literally one skinny fella looking after it all and it's open to everyone!

I think that's the thing that stands out for me, but I didn't quite click on it. It doesn't look clinical or meticulously curated like a museum exhibit. It's a loving presentation of *his* stuff, that captures *his life and times*. It's not respect me and what I did, it's an invitation for other popular music geeks to enjoy it on that shared level.motorsmell wrote: ↑14 Mar 2025, 8:13pmExactly!Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑14 Mar 2025, 7:50pmJust taking in all that stuff, preserved and presented, how can you not love Mick? Thanks for posting more pictures for those of us who aren't fortunate enough to go in person, I'm really digging them!
