US North is a brilliant tune. Love hearing Mick and Joe together on it.

It got a pasting in the Uncut review. I'm looking forward to hearing it for myself tonight.

Nice to see Mick playing a Gretsch guitar in the video.
Has he ever used one live?

Wow, it's strange that as both a BAD fan and a Dwarfer, I've never known about this.

Hey all, fancy doing me a favour?

Really want to get into BAD but don't know where to start. Literally have only heard E=MC2 but want suggestions as to best songs you think please.

Cheers!

I'm an album kinda person so there is a whole world out there for you to choose from, I'd say for BAD I check out #10 Upping but then on course Megatop, for BAD II it's The Globe. Really depends if you like hip hop beats with guitars and the early 90's dance/rock hybrid scene

My top ten would be
Medicine Show
E=MC2
Sightsee MC
Beyond the Pale
Esquerita
Dragon Town
Union Jack
Contact
House Arrest
Stone Thames

Only 1 song from the third album (Tighten Up Volume 88) but that doesn't mean I think it's weak. It's consistently good without hitting some of the other peaks (IMO)
4 songs from the last album (Megatop Phoenix) and that is definitely my favourite - but each album is very different.

Hey - I'd suggest The Bottom Line (extended version), A Party, Stone Thames, Limbo the Law, Sambadrone, Hollywood Boulevard, Rock N Stop, Other 99, Tighten Up Vol 88, Rewind, Cant' Wait, Green Grass, When The Time Comes.

I'm with Oliver on Megatop — easily my favourite. Dragon Town, Contact and Union Jack are fab.

Pretty much this except for Beatbox which is not my cup of tea. V13 has to be the twelve inch version.

My favourite version of V13 is the live version from the pro-recorded Bradford show. The closest they ever sounded to the Clash.
