Those writers were way to smart for their own good.

God willing, they will continue to be. I'm dreading a post-season 9 Simpsons ordeal.

I am completely willing to ignore new material if that happens. Like I do with the Simpsons.

The other connection that I made is that if you look up Leela in Google images, it's like 80% cartoon porn.

But Futurama as a legacy means so much more to me. I will be depressed for a long time.

90% of the Futurama images I've posted here are at the expense of creepy cartoon porn exposure.

No quality problems from the begining. Only with hindsight does that become apparent with the Simpsons (at the time I thought the first two seasons were great.) I've been watching the Futurama dvd's lately. Season One at the moment.
I'm so punk, I don't even take my leather jacket off when it catches fire. Which it does frequently, because of how fucking punk I am.

Yeah Simpsons really only get going around the end of season 3. Futurama was always good, that's why I'll be so bummed if the new stuff sucks.

Yeah, I'm just saying I'm preparing myself in advance to jettison that material if it isn't up to par.

Unlike the Simpsons, tho, new Futurama will have the primary creative movers and shakers still involved. So, it could still suck but I'm reasonably hopeful it will be at least enjoyable.
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

Maybe because fantasy RPG shit isn't my bag, but I was really disappointed with Bender's Game.

That was my least favorite of the four, but after watching it a couple more times, I came to really enjoy it. The weirdest thing about it is that there's no jokes for like, the first 20 minutes.

Speaking as someone with some experience on this front, it was actually impeccably done.
