The music bed, at least, is outstanding. One of the songs I show to any drummer I'm about to work with about the kind of drumming I like.
Topper is great on it. I remember a Terry interview where he said that song was too hard for him to learn. Too bad everything else on it is a clusterfuck.
The instrumentation and arrangement are pretty great as well.
Okay, all the vocals are god awful except Joe/Mick's little backing vocals.
I quite enjoy Paul's struggling-to-pass-his-ESL-final-exam approach.
Hah!
"What's this, Joe? Language? Well, whatever. Let's give it a shot."

Ay come from a long way uuh-way!
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.
i really enjoy RAD. there are good parts and there are "ed wood good" parts. Anyways, it's a lot of fun.
