I was reared on Olde English but moved on.
So Mr. Tough drinking Heston what do you drink that isn't for women and adolescent children like me?
Wine and lager.
Fucking wine!
Nowt wrong with the funky grape juice
Proper ladies drink
If I went to the bar and ordered a glass of wine I'd get laughed out of the pub.
Forces have been looting
My humanity
Curfews have been curbing
The end of liberty
We're the flowers in the dustbin...
No fuchsias for you.
"Without the common people you're nothing"

I wouldn't drink wine out, only for the reasons that I drink quite fast and it's usually more expensive so doesn't work but don't really get why ordering it is enough to be laughed out of a pub for. Why do people care what other people are drinking?

The rest of the pub couldn't give a damn but my mates would laugh their bollocks off if I ordered a glass of wine. Probably ask me if I wanted a spot of lunch to go with it.

I'm starting to wonder who these people are that say 'spot of lunch' I'm guessing they're the same ones who say 'pop the kettle on'

Wine in a pub? That's crazy. You can only order wine in a decent restaurant. Pubs are for beer and liquor.

Didn't know they made a cider called ''Shot Away''.
Haha nope, this beauty. Be warned, like the mamba, she bites.
I usually drink Stowford Press when I have cider on tap. And Blackthorn from cans.
I've got common tastes, this was £3.99 For 4 tins. Good stuff to be fair. Stowford is a very nice pint though.
Yeah Stowford is nice but goes down a bit too easy.
Is it sweet? That is usually what puts me off cider I need to find a dry non sweet one.

I enjoy dry non-sweet cider quite a bit, but that’s definitely the exception not the rule here.
