I'd like a solo Strummer one, but we need someone to volunteer to run it.
I'm probably in for it once the BAD polling concludes.
Me too.

Full admission: I never found any of the Mescaleros records all that good. Not bad by any means, but not stupendous as many here feel. So that would be an excuse to revisit with an explicit point of re-evaluating.

I'm back on board with you Doc.

I would probably get one CD I could really enjoy from their 3 albums.

You two should form a band you can called The Swanship Lovers.

Only if we get to break up before first practice. Artistic differences, of course.

Okay fair enough but it will be a short documentary.

I've found it more hit and miss than B.A.D. All I will say is the guitar that kicks in at 0.24 in Cool'n'Out is the bollocks. On of my top musical moments.

I vastly prefer the Mescaleros to BAD.

I like melody too much.

I like songs that aren’t two minutes too long.

Also, for all the “melody” talk, I can’t remember half their discography if I’m not listening to it at the time.

Interesting because that is how I think of BAD but I love all 3 Meskies albums. Switch to the BHD version of Minstrel Boy and Global is ......as good as CR. I certainly listen to Global more often.

I'm like this with the Meskies. I suppose people's brains are just wired differently.
