Agreed to both points. Joe got by on charisma and an audience just enjoying seeing him in a movie. Still, he was better than Lydon in Corrupt.

No, he was terrible. I remember cringing when I saw it back in the day. I can only imagine it has worsened over time.

Just to be clear, as I've been thinking in the shower about how ill structure it, I'm volunteering to run the Strummer elimination poll after BAD concludes. I'll probably give at least a little breathing time and start it in the Monday following the conclusion of the BAD poll.Flex wrote: ↑23 May 2019, 2:25pmI'm probably in for it once the BAD polling concludes.Silent Majority wrote: ↑23 May 2019, 2:24pmI'd like a solo Strummer one, but we need someone to volunteer to run it.

Re: Strummservations
Would folks like to see this start today or prefer a short break in the polling to properly celebrate eet week and get a little breather? I'm inclined towards the latter myself, but don't want anyone to feel they've been cheated...Flex wrote: ↑04 Jun 2019, 10:18amJust to be clear, as I've been thinking in the shower about how ill structure it, I'm volunteering to run the Strummer elimination poll after BAD concludes. Okay, the Strummer polling begins next week. I'd never suggest anyone listen to something that isn't BERNIETIME for eetweek, but I'll just say that I'm gonna structure this to include pretty much all his non-Clash material (101ers, Wilderness, Meskies) so plan and refresh yourself accordingly.

It'd be unfair for me to vote given I'm not too familiar with a lot of the material but I'm really looking forward to listening and delving into mostly unheard music and of course a good old discussion.
