Totally get you with the social side, we got on well with virtually every band we played with, do a great show, have a few beers after, heaven. That's great to get to the level of having that fanbase, must make the whole performance even more pleasing.
Well the promoter from last night has just been on the blower and offered us a support slot with Bad Manners next March at the 02 in Newcastle. They usually sell out and it's a 2,000 capacity. One happy Heston here. :approve:
Stupendous news—I'm damned pleased for you and your bandmates. Just a matter now of figuring which Swans song to fit into the setlist. ;)

That’s awesome Heston. Time to convince the band to only play Kiss covers.

Now that just might work

Thanks chaps, I'm still buzzing as I'm a big fan of Bad Manners.

I get extremely cheap hotel stays with work and the transport to Newcastle might not be too pricy if we book in advance. A UK IMCT Meet Up, maybe?

He’s what was the thread where we talked about album tracks leading in to another on the same beat / note?
I have another one but can’t find the thread
It was in the Clash observations thread. Just search for "Wardour."
Can’t be arsed to find it.
Listening to The Crack and You’re Just A leads into It Was Cold but do you think they were recorded live in the studio or mixed that way?
Just bumped this hoping for a muso expert answer He’s, Marky?

Sounds like a studio edit to me.

Segue. Recorded like that the same as it's played out live.

If anyone does decide to come we will have tickets at a cheaper price than the box office. I can deliver them personally on the night. ;)
